“I had a garage door spring break on a rental home in Pana and called Midstate. They came a couple of days later and after assessing the situation, the technician called me. He recommended replacing both springs (which I had anticipated) and told me that the pulleys were bad as well. He told me the cost of both items and I authorized the repair. I really appreciate the call to check with me. The price was reasonable and the work was done very well.
